He had a very simple message. He changed lives for millions of people around the world. He is surely in heaven this morning.

but some will say he is sleeping with the Devil and Richard Nixon. Billy Graham was a great patriot and a true man of God, not a sham artist like so many televangelists have been.

He prolly gave the Gospel to more ppl than anyone else in the history of the world.

Good works don't save, they are evidence of having been saved. And BG gave tons of evidence of being saved by the Gospel he preached.

He'll likely bump into Fred M at the pearly gates, a member in the church I pastor, who went to glory last nite.

I wonder how long the line to get in is...... :)
 
I posted a goodbye on accurateshooter and some were offended so they took it down. So refreshing to see this still up. I closed my account there after 6 years for that reason. Looks like this is my new home.

God is what our country was founded on anyone who now thinks otherwise does not deserve any of my business. We my family tries to give Hobby Lobby all that we can.
Biily G touched a multitude of lives including my own and there might not be another one like him. Living a scandal free life for 99 years is as remarkable as the man himself and a true tribute to his Christian beliefs. He was known to have never been alone with the opposite sex not because he felt it a temptation but as an opportunity for the devil to have him falsely accused. Having his casket made by prisoners out of simple pine is a true testimony to his humble existence and it must touched those who made it very deeply. Not only did he bless the multitudes when still alive he continued to bless this small and probably useless considered group of folks even after he died.

Mram 10, I was one of the first to post on the missing Accurate shooter thread you started. I have never been so disgusted in my life that grown ups had to smear the life of some one so selfless as Billy Graham. However I think that the thread was removed to stop the fighting not condon the smearing of Billy Graham. reconsider leaving Accurate Shooter anything that causes that much anger will be removed. I just hit the ignore button on the 2 offending parties. I never have to see their replies again.

IMHO, those two probably needed to hear what Billy Graham had to say more than anybody else.

You are absolutely right. But they are so hostile and vulgar to any thing religious anything I bring up will only make it worse. They will get my prayers, but it will take an invite for me to poke my nose in it any further.
