Bill Leer passed away October 11th he was a long time benchrest shooter here in the Midwest those who knew bill wont ever forget him spent many a hour talking to him the stories he could tell he will be greatly missed

Sorry to hear that, Ronnie. Bill was quite a character and I always enjoyed our talks at the matches. I bought a beautiful, like new XP100 221 Fireball from him and darn near had to physically force him to take more money for it than he wanted...he was that kind of guy.
Rest in peace, pard.
-P.S. I've never seen anyone who could get as much H4198 into a 30BR case as Bill. Those who shot with him will savvy that inside joke.

All of this, and more - Bill was truly, "one of a kind" - generous to a fault, and constantly searching for a better way - a man who, "dared to be different"!
