ARC - 100 yd Match for Score
20 Shooters.....All in VFS class
With only 2 factory rifles showing up, everyone shot in the VFS class (3 needed to make a class). A pretty stout Norther blew in early this morning giving us 15-20 mph winds (gusts to 30) along with temps in the low 50's. Wind chill made it a little uncomfortable. Nobody shot clean, close maybe with 4 targets of 50 but everyone dropped points. 1st place goes to Steve Brown posting a 249-16X. IMHO, unbelievable in this wind. Close behind at 2nd was Larry Kochanowicz with 249-11X. Also, unbelievable. 3rd place goes to Mike Wall, a seasoned BR shooter, shooting a 248-11X.
Next month we are rescheduling the Dec match to the week before Christmas. Match will be Dec 17th, STARTS AT NOON.
Tough conditions today and only rain could have made it worse. But congrats to the winners. Good shooting
