ARC 100 yd Match for Score
16 Shooters - 13 VFS - 3 Hunter Rifles
Nice conditions except for the Humidity and mud from Friday night's thunderstorm. Started out in the high 70's, with our prevailing SE 8-12 mph. Hunter guns had another shootout between the Gallaher brothers with Curt taking 1st place with a 248-11X and John gets 2nd with a 246-15X , taking honors for high X-count of the match.
VFS guns shot lots of 50's and 4 were still clean going into Match 5. It was so close, it ended in a 3 way tie for 1st place at 250-14X. With a great Match #1 tiebreaker target of 50-4X, Craig Langseth takes 1st place. He gets a big shoutout for his first 250 score and I believe his 1st win. Marlon Goates wins 2nd place and Robert Rongero takes 3rd place.
We continue next month with our 10 am start times for the summer matches. Let's get those group shooters from New Braunsfels and San Antone back down here to liven up the competition.
