12 Shooters - 3 Hunter , 9 VFS
Beautiful weather, sunny, low 70's to start and warming later on to mid 80's. Modest breeze throughout the match. Our 3 Hunter guns ALL shot some 50's and each collected some Best Target Money. Winning 1st place was John Gallaher with a 248-13X and beating his brother Curts' 248-11X. Virgil shot 243-7X for the 3rd place spot.
Winning the VFS class was Bill Sparks with a 250-13X, the only 250 turned in today. Steve Krause gets 2nd with 249-18X and Marlon Goates places 3rd with a 249-15X.
Smooth match today with no loose targets and everybody shot fairly well.
Next month we shift to our summer start time of 10 am. NEXT MATCH IS MAY 30, STARTS AT 10 am.
