WOW! Imagine almost fainting from heat prostration in January. The temperature was 81 degrees with just a little vectoring tail wind. We had a great turnout with 18 shooters; some from Houston and two from Dallas. Well, I guess when you're the only game in town in January, folks flock in.

A great match with some great folks.

By-the-way, Jackie was presented with the Austin Rifle Club "High VFS-Score 250/21X for 2010" cup. This coffee cup has his picture and score on it. He smiled as he said when presented with it, "Where's the coffee?"

See ya next time....virg

Big time congratulations to Andy for a well deserved victory in some challenging conditions.=)

See you guys next weekend for the big GO in H-Town!!!

Congrats to the winners, and to all who made the trip. We had a beautiful (although windy), day. It makes for a nice day to drive over, (about 2 1/2 hours), shoot a agg, (not real well), and be back home at 8:00PM. And work in Breakfast and Supper at Mel's Cafe in Giddings in the meantime.

Thanks for the nice coffee mug, Virg, a nice surprise. I will see if next time I can stay out of the nine ring.:D...........jackie
