Who makes an affordable yet decent arbor press? Are the ones sold by Harbor Freight OK or is there something else out there that is better quality at an affordable price?

Are you talking about an arbor press for reloading, or for actual mechanical work like pressing bushings in to parts? If it's for reloading, then the Bald Eagle press sold by Grizzly is a good buy, and they also sell the bigger presses.

Sorry, should have been a bit more specific. Yes, for reloading, I'm headed down the slippery slope of Wilson dies and some of the presses seem a bit pricey.
