I was just asked by match director, Mike Bigelow, to advise that all events scheduled for May, 2020, at Boone Valley Ikes, Webster City, Iowa have been cancelled.

Maybe not - but Mike is just one member of the board - I'd guess that he was the minority, but this issue was/is not, "a sward to die on".
I thought they should have decided at last months meeting . . . but I wasn't there to comment, this spring season is pretty much a bummer everywhere. I think they were hoping for more body-count leeway/clarity in the State-wide reopening.RGIn Maine
we are all hoping that the restrictions in place by the governor are relaxed enough to hold matches in June. Supposedly, if all goes well, the max gathering number will increase to 50. Everything in the interim is tentative only.
