Texas had a double hitter yesterday with a Match being held in San Angelo and then Boerne.
Allen R. Taylor Mark Demarest and Darek Biggs were going for the gusto and made it to both shoots! This guys are just dedicated to the sport, it is great to see.
Well with the changes to the range, we no longer have the lovely Boerne conditions we used to have. The wind was blowing ( think it followed the guys from San Angelo.) Had wind flags falling over and they were switching back and forth so fast that even with the semi auto we were not able to get off more than one or two shots before the condition changed.
It was a great crowd even had a couple of bolt shooters come out to join us, I put them in the outlaw class... Jerry Hensler and Hubert Kelsheimer. Thanks for joining us.
Unlimited Class:
I somehow managed to take 1st place with out winning a high card. shooting a 193,196 and a 191.
Wayne Argence came out of now where on the second and third cards pulling out a 197 and a 194 (Way to Go Wayne)
Les Williams took high card 1st card with a 194, shooting a 191,192 on his 2nd and third card.
Factory Class
Brian Vincent has not shot with us in a while, but he was still on his game. Brian took high card all three cards shooting a 186,185,185.
David Russell took 2nd place shooting a 181,178,173
Mark Demarest landed in 3rd with a 162, 177,178
Youth Shooter Darek Biggs shot a 187,190,185
