I was hearing stories of the top 8 in England at some shoot all shooting 7mm . Does anyone have the straight scoop on this?

most of the guys over here were all using 7mms of some description
most are 7-300wsm,7-270wsm ,
theirs a few guys shooting the 284 case either standard or improved version and doing well with it against the faster 7wsms,theirs now a few 7mmsaums on the go after the worlds
at 1000yds the 7mm it has a good edge over the 6.5 in blustery conditions
