can i open op the bolt face to 30 br specs
and use same bolt for both ?

You can. The extractor may or may not need to be ground a bit.

I neck up 6.5 Grendel brass. Capacity is between ppc and br cases and fits a ppc bolt. Works great and Lapua brass is available.

This is a 30BR turned to PPC size and one that is turned to 223 size.

This is the form tool that I use. I put a shortened Wilson case holder in a 1" collet in the lathe and trim them with this form tool.
