Gary. I just shot my 6PPC this week. Haven't shot the thing in about 2 years. With 28.4 grains of LT32 with a 68 gr Euber avg velocity was 3362 fps. With the same bullet and 29.2 of 94 vintage N133 avg velocity was 3323, and 29.8 grains gave an avg of 3398. This barrel is a 21.5" HV Schneider on a Panda Action. When I first bought it in 2013, I shot some 62.5 grain Watson's with 30.3 of 99 vintage N133 and they averaged 3479.

Many Benchrest Shooters shoot in what I call the upper load window with N133. Depending on the bullet, (65 grn to 68 grn), that widow can be from 3400 to 3450 FPS.

Keep in mind, to achieve this, we are talking about Rifles designed to safely handle the pressures it takes to achieve this.

Speaking for myself, I do not shoot in the upper load window to gain any "wind bucking ability". I shoot in it because that is where the extreme accuracy is.
