I tried the 108 Berger several times last season at 200 VFS. I actually won several Aggs, not particularly because I shot that well, just better than everyone else shot bad. The problem is the things are reasonably accurate, just not Short Range Benchrest accurate. The Rifle was a .280/.300 Rifle at best.

Flyers were another problem. Sometimes those big bullets just take a mind of their own.

It seems like sometimes it would shoot well, others terrible.

At one Match at Lake Charles last year, I took it out for the 200, and it would hardly stay on the mothball on the sighter. Luckily, I still had some 30 BR cases loaded, picked it up and saved the yardage.

For this year, I have built a new HV on a Bat Neuvo Action, with a 1-12 twist barrel shooting Bart's 80 grn BT's. I have a barrel for both the Grinch and a 140 long throat 6PPC. So for, the best practice groups are with the PPC, shooting 29.1 grns of 133 at a flat 3200 fps.

I won't say much untill I have shot it in a Match.

I used a 6BR in Group last year and shot well.

Now I have a 6PPC but have not started load development yet, still learning how to neck turn and blow out cases. The 6BR now will be destined to 300 yards.
