6 Dasher & 8208

Anyone have experience with 8208 in a Dasher with 105's.

I have been shooting a XP-100 Dasher, 16" 8twist barrel with 105 Amax bullet and 31.6 grains of IMR 8208, been working great.

I have not tried the 8208 with a 28" barrel, seems a little fast for the longer barrel.

Any thoughts?

XBR gives great accuracy w/ 105 Bergers, but TOO much pressure for shooting in Louisiana in the summer. I switched to H4895 and Varget for summer use. James
 
I ended up settling on 32.5 grains of RE 15 behind a 105 Scenar. Seemed to shoot very well.

I did not get a chance to run it accross the chrono, going to try that one night next week.

I tried a couple of lighter loads with the XBR, but still had more pressure than I wanted, and the accuracy fell of some.

We will see what it does in the morning at the Varmint Silo match.
