i know there all similar in performance but which would be best for a 850 + yards sniping application for big game hunting + a possible military long range sniping application in a semi auto ar platform (i know these calibers probably wont be adopted by the military because of the .338 lapua)

because id like to attempt hunting big game at these ranges with on of the 4 calibers in a custom built ar10

which is best to deliver a one shot kill at 1000 yards with extreme accuracy

i meant possible military adoption meaning which one of the cartridges would be most favored by the military for deploying snipers with a sniper rifle chambered in one of these cartridges, to get a better understanding of which cartridges would be capable of a one shot kill on big game hunting

None of the mentioned cal is suitable for reliable one shot kill @ 1000 yards

One could only assume you have never shot long range before,or for that matter short range either!Three of your choices were .264s, to light for longrange hunting. The fourth a .338 cal on a .308 case, VERY SHORT RANGE brush gun.@ best. You could go to Snipershide.com or longrangehunting.com or one of the many other longrange hunting sites, but one suguestion I would change my line up,they use rough language there GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!
