22/243 middlested

I'm just about to chamber a barrel in .22/243 middlested, I've got a body die and seating die available but no neck die, I'm wondering about purchasing a Redding S type neck die in 243W with an appropriate bush, also appreciate best size of bush to suit molyed bullets (ie how many thou. under loaded round neck dimension)

If you want a good neck die buy a blank wilson neck die have it cut with the reamer you are going to chamber with and you have a great neck die with a bushing. I did that with a 22 CHeetah for the neck die and seating die and it works awsome!!!

Get a loaded round mic it and the neck and subtract two to three thou from it and there you go. Three thou is always worked great for me. You need to buy a couple different sizes and play till you find the right one. I have rifles that like a lot of tension and others that dont. My CHeetah for example is a .252 so I got a .251,250 and 249 bushings and use the .249.
