2021 IBS Group Nationals - Practice days prior to the event.
Starting Wednesday, 8/11/21 the Camillus Sportsmen's Club will be open to participants to practice on the rifle range. A few things to be aware of:
1. You will not need to bring any practice target frames. We will have 20 target frames set up on the 100 yd line and 10 target frames set up at 200 yd line. Yo. u will not be able to set up your own target frame. The target system will be installed at 100 yds on Sunday, 8/15 afternoon.
2. All flags will need to be removed from the range on Friday, 8/13 for grass cutting. Rain day will be Saturday, 8/14. Bring marker paint to mark your flag locations.
3. We have concrete bench tops, bring "super feet" or equivalent. No pounding rest feet into the concrete tops.
4. The rifle and pistol ranges all have safety warning systems. These must be active prior to going down range. Anyone wanting to go down range must notify all people on the firing line of their intention to go down range prior to activating the safety warning system. Each person going down range must turn on the nearest switch to their location.
5. All visitors must follow all club rules at all times.
More information to follow as needed. Please contact me with any questions.
