2019 Cactus Classic dates

Hello,

I wanted to introduce myself as I, Matt Schwartzkopf, along with Michelle Gallagher will be taking over the Benchrest Matches in Phoenix at the Ben Avery Shooting Facility. Most of you may know me as the Range Master for the Cactus Classic and the other Ben Avery matches.

Right now Michelle and I are working through the transition of taking over the match duties, but I wanted to get some information to the community. If anyone has any questions regarding the Phoenix matches please feel free to email AZbenchrest@gmail.com.

The dates for the 2019 Cactus Classic will be March 9 & 10, with practice starting on the 5th of March.

I am sure there will be a lot of questions so please do not hesitate to ask.

I look forward to what the future of Benchrest matches at Ben Avery will bring.

Matt, thanks to you and Michelle for taking over and continuing the running of the Cactus. I am sure that it will not be a very difficult transition since you were both already involved with it the past few years. The Cactus Classic in the has become one of the "must make" matches in benchrest. There is still a lot of this years shooting left to look forward to shooting, but will always look forward to shooting the Cactus.
