As of now, Fairchance, Pa. in September, the exact date to be announced. That is according to the NBRSA link.

The last time I talked to my Region Director, there were some issues that had to be addressed, but the Range assured the NBRSA that they would be resolved.
I think the backup is Saint Louis.
