Hi Pete . Tod and me are going to try to make some of them . At one or more I wood like to do some Small mouth and brook trout fishing . Maybe if you were in the right location I could get in some gold panning all so . I think we have a good opportunity in the north east to develop a good bunch of air rifle bench rest shoots . We have NH , Mass., Maine , and NY now . Maybe we can get Pennsylvania , Vt. etc. At Salem we hope to hold some shoots and the East Regional this spring and summer . I hope lots of shooters can make the regional from all over the east ( and all the USA ) . Rick

There is some good Brook Trout fishing in Maine. Western Maine ( Rangley Area ) and far Nothern Maine. Unfortunately the Bass Nuts have illegally stocked a number of what use to be good Brook Trout fishing places so that is the end for them, perhaps. How many Bass Ponds and lakes are enough?

I don't know about central Maine with regard to Brook Trout fishing but the Kennebec has some great Brown Trout fishing I am told. Glad to hear you will be coming over. I am looking forward to the coming summer. Between the three disciplines, I will be in Augusta lot this summer. Perhaps I shoud consider an apartment there :).

Pete,

Glad to hear about your match. Wish you were in Texas I drove every week end to any BR-50 match with 5 hours of Houston. Most of the time drive shoot and drive.

You will be appreciated for Hosting as all Match directors should be.

Pete, Have You come up with a Time that Match's Start,Range Open, # Benches,How to get There? Thank's.....Franky

No Franky,

I have not yet. Perhaps this is a good time to ask what time folks would like to start? We will have the range for the entire day. I suppose we could do a Double Match if youse guys want to do one. The range is very easy to find. It is about 4 miles noth of I-95 off the Civic Center exit. I will give more detailed directions in the near future.
