Here in the UK we have 10 shot cards for a good number of years and it is very popular.
Eley run their own version as do the NSRA.we score a ten as breaking the tn ring inwards
and it has to break into the white (not just touching).
An X is given if your shot is clean centre (donut) this would add 1/10 to your score if you get 10 x's
You get Xtra point for that 10 shot card giving you a score of 101.
Wondering how the 10 shot cards are being scored in the USA.

Nothing counts but the X. Touch the X=4, Take out the X=6, Center Punch leaving no white inside the 10 ring scores a 10.

Just to add one more thing about 10-SHOT scoring. The center shot that counts for 10 MUST be plugged to determine if it actually is. There's only a few thousands either way and many shots look like they're right there in the center but when they're plugged they clearly aren't. Even though an actual 10SHOT will have only white all the way around it when it's plugged it must have only the black of the 10 ring all the way around it. The smallest sliver of white between the plug and the 10 ring and it's a 6.
