Need help to find a steel picatiny rail for mid 1990's Winchester 70 Short Action. 0 MOA. Any suggestions appreciated.

I am about to mount a NF 5.5-22×50 on a 300 winchester magnum heavy barrel Remington. The gun is equipped with Warne steel picatiny rail base. Would NF ALUMINUM RINGS be a good idea? Or am I better off with steel? Also , what about Mark4 rings? Thank You.

Its a 1999/2000 era MPR . D&T receiver. My dilemma is : Put a good rail on it and use whatever rings I want , or get really good rings that attach to the gun. I like to hear pros and cons for both. PS. I will be mounting a 1", 40mm objective Leupold scope.

Looking at 2 rifles . One is early 2000's production Steyr SSG 69 PII .308 , the other one is a Steyr Model Match .308 ( looks exactly like SSG except for minor details). Can someone tell me the difference?
