Edgewood new 'Tracker' rear bag reviews

Dang dude, I'm sorry. Someone needs to explain all this stuff about people being banned. Who, what, where, when and why.

Whoa dude. I have not reported you to admin. As a shooter I respect your opinions and trust the facts you report. I humbly ask only the same in return. I'll gladly depart this particular thread if that helps.

Edgewood new 'Tracker' rear bag reviews

mwezell, well stated. Bullseye went through somewhat of a transition/split a few years back when the NRA and Civilian Marksmenship Program went separate ways. The rules are the same but CMP still holds a traditional national championship at Camp Perry where your shoot at paper targets in the...

UBR is very interesting especially the targets. I might buy some targets and give it a try. I'm interested in just about anything that gets more people competing.

Edgewood new 'Tracker' rear bag reviews

I purchased my 10-22 about 2 years ago at an Air Force exchange for $199 and the BSA scope for $149. At the time Palmento State Armory had the same combination for $349. Our monthly Thrifty Benchrest match recently upped the rifle cost to $400 and scope to $200. Typically the line is about...

    Ron Hoehn?

That is unfortunate. I have one of his tuners on a Shilen barrel and it shoots X's all day long. I heard that he was one of the best benchrest gunsmith. RIP.

    Ron Hoehn?

Does anyone know if Ron Hoehn is still doing business. I called the number on his website and emailed him. The phone number says it's disconnected and the email was returned as undeliverable.

There are those of us who enjoy shooting the thrifty end of the benchrest spectrum. I shoot in a league that currently limits the cost of the rifle at $350.00 and the scope at $150. No internal modifications to the rifle are allowed. Ammo must be standard velocity and is also cost limited...

Did you hear about the proctologist who was always having problems with his taillight?

Hard to justify a bag that costs more than my rifle. It's like buying a handmade custom holster for a used Charter Arms Bulldog.

    N133 Temperature Sensitivity

I've used N310 for years as my bullseye pistol powder. It's most stable temperature range appears to be 75F to 90F. I carry my reloads and loaded magazines in a small cooler and dial thermometer. In the summer when range temperatures are running 95F plus I add a zip lock baggy with ice. When...

    Identify Rimfire Barrel

The orginal gunsmith could have changed the contour to suit his preferences.

    Identify Rimfire Barrel

Nope. Straight with 11 degree crown. My gunsmith believes it started out as a Shilen blank and was machined to match the Remington 40X receiver by an old school master machinist. As soon as I get a scope mounted I'll post some targets.

    Identify Rimfire Barrel

Additional information: it's one of two identical barrels from a .22lr benchrest rifle. Neither barrel is marked so they are likely neither Shilen nor Lilja. I was told the rifle was built by an east coast gunsmith who specializes in benchrest rifles and always provides a second barrel of equal...

    Identify Rimfire Barrel

Can anyone identify this barrel? No markings except the white sticker.
