Michael, I didn't say my gunsmith didn't know how to fix it. He just told me how to check it. Im not having ignition problems, just trying to learn these things for myself and maybe in the future save dollars by doing things myself instead of running to a gunsmith every time something is wrong...

Boyd, my gunsmith showed me the method you described. But what do we do if lets say that measurement is .240 or .230? What must we do to increase it to the .250 measurement? Do we need to move the trigger forward or back? I saw something on BUllet central where they sell a infinite position...

Legally they can be shipped if the sender has an export permit. I have had PT & G and JGS send me reamers without a problem. Anyone else sending them without a permit risks loosing the reamer. . No paper work need on receiving it on the Australian end

Gents, i see on the equip list, you have a column named "stocker" i first shout maybe gunsmith but then i see you have a column for gunsmith. what is "stocker"?

I know i would be better off with 6BR-A but if i can get away with the 30 for awhile. Its a lot of money to have tied up in a barrel (6BR) that won't get used very much at all. 100-300 matches will be much more frequent.

Would a 30BR be accurate out to 500 yds?

I had what i thought was fire cracking. I was told by the gunsmith to try some isso paste on a nylon brush, just short stroking in that area just forward of the chamber. After using the paste it was all cleaned up. My gunsmith said it was just carbon.

Is the barrel free floating or is it touching somewhere?
