How did I get there (my story)

I guess Pedro's busy. I'm not in his class but I have been shooting a 6-7 gram trigger for about 2 years now, andd believe it or not; after a couple thousand pulls, you get used to it. I don't know how I could go back to 2 ounces. I did learn immediately to keep my hand totally away from the...

    Testing ammo at test centers.

Test center Pedros, The reason I asked you so many questions on the other forum (I am peterpan over there) was the blurb I read from Lapua regarding their testing facilty in Norway. I would really like to see something like that here. Gerry "The true professional Roy Skogly will not only...

    Testing ammo at test centers.

X-Act I did not realize that X-Act was so scarce in the US. Is it because of lack of sales due to the expense? I purchased a couple bricks of two different lots of X-Act over a year ago from Good Shooting. They both outperformed everything else I tested with at home, and outperformed the...

    anyone with barrel recomendations

Tim, did you mean they fit decent barrels or they fit barrels decently? I know little about extreme long range rimfire and the same about Vudoo, but I do see that they offer Shilen Ratchet barrels, and I consider them to be a tad more than "decent". Gerry

    Lens caps

I think you may find a camera type lens cover that will work for the objective lens, but I couldn't find anything for the eyepiece . I gave up and called Sightron. They shipped me a set...gratis (Thank you Sightron). They are not what you like, but they are adequate. Gerry

Tim, I've only had it a couple of weeks. I'm still testing whatever ammo I can beg, borrow, or steal. Gerry

Build suggestions for a RF BR rifle

Mine also loads accurately. A spring loaded ball bearing contacts the case just before the bullet enters the chamber and aligns it parallel, then retracts for the rim to pass over it.. How does the V22 accomplish this? Thanks, Gerry

    2500

newbie Slick, i don't think I was the one that pissed James off; but at that time I ended each post with "send me a hat". You sent me a black one. James sent me a yellow one. I bought his rest, and spent some time on the phone with him. He said he didn't pay any attention to the BS on the...

    Wassup?

I haven't been here in a long while. What happened? The rimfire forum is now a relevant information site, rather than match schedule and results forum. Congratulations. Any y'all be at the Barn? Gerry

    Middle ground

For some reason, I actually thought i could resurrect this forum to something close to where it began. Wrong. It's a Match and results forum. That's as it should be. That's what the members want, and democratically..that is correct. I got no place to go now (Yeah, I can hear the cheers.)...
