I wish everyone good luck, and hope you have a great turnout. I love sporters, wish I could be there. I sold off my 10.5 lb rifles, but kept all of my sporters, but have no ammo worthy of match shooting.

Scott, I was mostly referring to this website, and not the game as a whole, Back when I was shooting many rangemasters and shooters kept this site jumping, talking about upcoming matches and shooting in genera, and also some good natured ribbing now and then, I surmise there aren't enough...

I dearly loved both IR50/50 and RBA 3-gun when I was shooting, I'd like to see IR50/50 continue to exist, but only the shooters can make that happen, Tony Harper is the only man I ever see promoting matches, and the game, Maybe that's because there are so few competitors any more, I don't know...

Finding great ammo has always been a challenge, There are lots of other things going on as well, wind, lighting, and mirage to deal with, to ruin a good target. Best of luck to you, Stay after it!

Nice, I like the look of this. Has a bit of metal underneath for good bedding. Bedding is important. For a benchrest sporter should work nice.

A difficult question. I don't know the capabilities of your rifle/rest/rear bag set up. Let's assume you can see and have a proper scope. Some rifles are a lot more user friendly than others, meaning some shoot better when held lightly, and some go wacko, depending on how they're held, or not...
