    40 x actions

Thanks, Jackie I am not a machinist or gunsmith. I do realize it is a lot of work to check actions for trueness. I guess what I am asking is when a gunsmith gets a custom action in to do a re- barrel, does he do any kind of checking to make sure the action is true, or does he just fit a barrel...

    Gun Shipping Costs....

Being a handgun silhouette shooter, I have been through this many times. An individual cannot legally ship a handgun through the USPS. Long guns YES, Handguns NO!! UPS requires Next Day Air shipment(expensive) of handguns. Shipping "precision parts", etc. is risky, as if you ever have those...

    .338 Whisper?

Hey, Greg Lot's of changes in IHMSA, especially since they incorporated the topple rule many years ago. It doesn't take a lot of power to knock over the ram now, although the load mentioned above has a terminal momentum of around 1.00. I started shooting IHMSA in 1981, and have been shooting it...

Where does all the ammo go?

In a typical handgun silhouette match, I will use 3 boxes of eley Match, and one box of eley standard. I think you would be surprised at the number of us handgun silhouetters that use Eley Match, some use the Tenex. MC
