I was not aware that federal was changing all their primers to the new formula. Has anyone seen these new primers and have they affected their loads negatively or positively? John

Put a not so good barrel together with not so good bullets and you will " let the beatings commence immediately". Joel Don't I know it. I am still recovering from the nationals LOL. I will add that the rifle itself has to be solid as in bedding and firing assembly has to be flawless.

It all depends on the match if it is score or group. If it is an average group match weekend they usually will shoot light varmint and Heavy varmint. You have to read the program. Sometimes they hold a sporter and unlimited. Sometimes it is a 4 gun at 1 yardage. Lots of variables on programs...

TRX, Count on about 10 rounds per target, 5 for record and 5 for sighter. Some targets you might se more and some less. In a normal weekend match you need to figure on 200 rounds. You are 16 hours away from several Ontario ranges. Not sure if they are having matches in the current political...
