    IBS Resiprosity ??

Joe - all it needs is an agenda item with 25 signatures to put it on the table. I cannot change the rules by fiat (at times I wish I could! LOL). jks

Lots of Sun and Fun at The WWCCA Spring Tune-up Match!

Hey Jack, I wasn't too far off on your time!! That time is FAST FAST FAST. To finish in 100th place in the NYC marathon is amazing, even for a top college runner. Here is a magazine clip about the 1980 NYC Marathon: Race Director Fred Lebow and the New York RRC gathered together the largest...

    IBS Resiprosity ??

For many years, I was all for retaining the IBS policy of honoring NBRSA cards at registered matches (note that I did not use 'reciprocity') until recently. The action that tipped the scales, for me at least, was the 2012 (or was it 2011?) NBRSA meeting where the motion was made to accept IBS...

Lots of Sun and Fun at The WWCCA Spring Tune-up Match!

Uthink Uknow... At one time Jack WAS a near-World Class marathoner. Somewhere during or right after his college days he finished something like in 100th place in the NYC Marathon. I think his time was something like 2:39 or so?? I can't remember exactly, but it is no joke. Jack IS known to...

    IBS Screamer Awards

Gerry - apparently you did not read my earlier posts. Money had no bearing in the decision. Discretion prevents me from commenting further on your last post. These are the last keystrokes I am expending on this non-issue.

I may in a bad mood today, but I am tired of hearing... "that is a GREAT idea...you go do it!". We have a Screamer Sticker program for achievement in all disciplines. My hat is off to Jeff Walker in doing this on behalf of IBS. We have established the program. If you shoot to qualify for...

    IBS Screamer Awards

Gerry You might want a patch, but nowadays a lot of guys like stickers to put on your shooting box. I, for one, do that...I have a ziplock bag of patches...somewhere. This decision was NOT a matter of money!! Jeff Walker - THANK YOU for all the time that you put into this effort. jks

Congrats to Harley Baker and the Hall of Fame

Congratulations Harley! Some years ago when I first met you after the 100 yard aggs were done you were at your loading area writing notes on some of your targets. I knew then that with that meticulous and dedicated approach you would go far. And you certainly did. Jeff

Some discussion on the "new" IBS target, please.

Jerry - this was simply an EXPERIMENT and not intended for registered competition. The intent was to make mothball thinner so that groups that form in the center are not at a scoring disadvantage.
