The one labeled Mk.IV and England could be a setup for a B.S.A. rifle. It may not be factory labeling so a previous owner might have marked them themselves. I'm not sure those are Parker-Hale sights. They could be a different, old brand adapted to their Mk.IV rifle as there seems to be german...
