The BAT Mavrick is a proprietary, ultra-lightweight benchrest action designed exclusively for Bruno Shooters Supply and manufactured by BAT Machine. Weighing just 25.8 oz with dovetail bases (included), it offers a significant weight savings of 5 to 8 ounces compared to most traditional steel actions. It features a right-hand steel bolt with left-side loading and right-side ejection, and is available with either a PPC or BR bolt face. The action includes a .900″ diameter fluted bolt with a 30-degree cone and a smooth 75-degree throw. Its receiver has a multiflat top, parallel flat sides, and a flat bottom for superior alignment and bedding. Finished in durable melonite, bare aluminum is not an option, and dovetail bases come standard. – When buying a stock, you must buy either a basic inlet stock with a benchrest tang, or a full inlet stock for a BAT model 3L
